The study aimed at investigating the role of practical educational supervisors to achieve educational communication skills for student teachers. The stratified random sample of the study consisted of 196 male and female students enrolled in the practicum program in the second semester of 2010- 2011 with rate 10.10% from the all total of practical educational students who were 1940 male and female students. The researcher prepared questionnaire which concludes addition to general information's (45) items distributed on five dimensions:(co-operative communication, conversation- listening- writing-reading) the researcher used statistical processing as:( means, standard deviations, t-test, and the half-split method). The results showed that the role of practical educational supervisors in the educational communication from the sight of the teachers- students with statistical significant level was less than 80% and there is no difference regarding to the sex variable and field of study.
